This Individual Development Plan (IDP) is more than just a workbook; it’s a complete pathway to personal growth, built around first team role models of Liverpool FC. With weekly reflections, targeted skill development, and access to the exclusive LFC eAcademy, players get the tools to improve technically, tactically, physically, and mentally — all while learning to play The Liverpool Way.

Guided by fully accredited coaches and inspired by club legends, this program empowers every participant to set goals, track progress, and develop the values of Unity, Ambition, Integrity and Passion. Whether you’re a aspiring striker, a commanding goalkeeper, or a midfield maestro, this book is your roadmap to becoming the best version of yourself.

WHAT YOU EXPECT:

• A 6-week football development program delivered The Liverpool Way through a player-centred coaching environment;
• 90-minute weekly sessions with LFC International Academy accredited coaches, designed to complement club football commitments;
• Individual player development booklets to encourage personal growth and reflection on key developmental areas of the game;
