The Vision for Victoria is to partner with Colleges’ who share our values to develop high-performance soccer programs which mirrors elements that are experienced by players on a high-performance pathway in the UK while also contributing to their development as a student and as a person.

This means not only a high-quality and authentic LFC football program developing players technically, tactically and physically but also input into social and mental development, career pathways and life skills such as communication, teamwork and leadership.
